Many Dimensions, by Charles Williams, is a story about an ancient artifact that is discovered that grants wishes. It is discovered in early twentieth century Britain.#

The style of the story is interesting. Essentially it is all dialogue with extremely brief descriptions of the passage of time and location. As a result of this, the characters are very vivid and each section of the book reveals more about a single person. It was a nice change.#

Unfortunately, the end of the story is rather anti-climatic and I felt very unsatisfied by it.#
